For my touchpoint, I chose to develop a species package that highlights the various birds, fish, and coral reefs surrounding Blackbird Resort in Belize. The customer experience begins as soon as they arrive in Belize, where they are welcomed aboard the “Big Bird” boat. This boat then transports them to the resort’s private location, a journey that lasts approximately one hour and twenty minutes. This timeframe provided an excellent opportunity for me to design my touchpoint. Each broadsheet will feature a brief description of each species, organised to include details such as their most common habitats and their scientific names, particularly for coral and fish.
